lukewarm take but welt would Not be a boomer when it comes to technology. he definitely knows about tech stuff and engineering from just being in anti entropy (and he needs to fully understand how stuff works to recreate it with his herscherr powers) and he is literally a game dev in apho. as fun as the memes are, i think he knows how to use a cell phone
